What We Fund

At the TB3 Foundation, we are committed to advancing the future of rugby by investing in the people, programs, and research that sustain the sport and protect its players.

Through your support, we fund three key areas:

  • Youth Rugby Initiatives

  • Scholarships for Tomorrow’s Leaders

  • Investing In Safer Futures

Youth Rugby Initiatives

We believe rugby has the power to build confidence, character, and community in young athletes. The TB3 Foundation supports grassroots programs that introduce the sport to new players, increase access to gear and coaching, and grow the game in underserved areas. By investing in youth, we’re cultivating a strong and diverse future for rugby.

Scholorships For Tomorrow’s Leaders

We are proud to offer scholarships to high school and college rugby players who exemplify excellence both on and off the field. These scholarships support student-athletes who are committed to the sport of rugby while also demonstrating leadership, academic achievement, and a strong record of community involvement. By investing in these well-rounded individuals, we aim to empower the next generation to carry forward the values that defined Troy Bartley.

Investing In Safer Futures

The TB3 Foundation is committed to improving player safety and long-term well-being through strategic investments in research focused on chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) and repeat trauma injuries. By supporting leading research institutions and medical organizations, we aim to help uncover better ways to diagnose, treat, and prevent brain injuries in contact sports.

We are proud to partner with and provide funding to respected centers advancing this work. These efforts honor Troy Bartley’s legacy by helping ensure a safer future for every athlete who steps onto the field.
