Advancing Our Rugby Community

Illustration of a rugby player holding a ball in a running stance, with a background featuring an American flag design in red, white, and blue with stars and stripes, and text that reads 'TB3 Foundation' and 'Advancing Our Rugby Community'.

The TB3 Foundation was established to honor Troy Bartley’s memory by supporting the growth and safety of the sport he loved.

Through strategic fundraising and community support, the Foundation invests in the future of rugby by expanding access to youth programs, offering scholarship opportunities to high school and collegiate rugby scholar-athletes, and providing financial support to leading organizations focused on research into CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy) and repetitive trauma injuries.

By empowering the next generation of players and advancing player safety, the TB3 Foundation is committed to strengthening the rugby community.
